Questions are great, but only if you know the answer 🙂 Make a weekly menu on Sunday’s and leave a few boxes empty in your template, these are for your child to fill in (e.g. 2x the snack and 1x dinner). Everything is OK, your child is “the chef”!! This way you involve your child, which is a proven nutritional strategy. In his/her boxes, you can make drawings together or you can cut some tasteful pictures out from magazines. As long as you make it together, it will surely be a nice and attractive looking schedule.
